Michelle Ciucci and her husband Tim McCulloch first contacted Will last year to help them manage the complex financial and legal requirements for a household employee—in this case, the nanny who cares for the couple’s young child.

Will helped the family get through all of the payroll, tax, and unemployment federal and state paperwork for their nanny, and created a simple spreadsheet to help them easily and correctly manage withholdings-including a health savings account. He calculates and pays quarterly taxes for both the state and federal government.

Will also prepares the Ciucci family’s quarterly yearly income tax returns, through meetings held at their home, on their schedule.

The family has been so satisfied with Will’s services that they are now expanding their relationship with him to include longer-term financial planning.
