Survey Research Associates is a small private company that develops Internet-based salary surveys for private and public organizations.

Survey Research Associates (SRA) was established through the acquisition of two other organizations. The company’s partners, skilled businesspeople but not financial specialists, had been managing SRA’s finances as best as possible with the help of an outside accounting firm. In 2004, however, SRA reached the point where it needed professional guidance.

SRA’s outside accountant recommended Will, and during the initial meetings, Will analyzed SRA’s background, business goals, and short and-long-term financial needs. In just a little over a month, he worked with SRA and several banks to consolidate several sources of debt, and helped the company restate its balance sheet and profit and loss statements.

Will works with SRA’s owners and outside accountant on an ongoing, as-needed basis. With complete knowledge of the company’s financial perspective, he continually shows how to better manage financial data and use it in business decisions.
